About the Event

We all need to start somewhere. Serene Dawn Yoga encourages you to take the first step today by joining our safe virtual learning space. You can be yourself here! We start with a gentle introduction to yoga basics, deep breathing and body awareness. Next, we learn a few gentle poses we can practice anytime our body needs them! The goal is to motivate and inspire you to begin regular yoga practice for the sake of your body and mind. Connecting our breath and movement in yoga can help us to cultivate the connection between body and mind which can be carried over into daily life. Let's learn together!
