About the Event
Get out of bed and onto your mat! This class will guide you through a gentle morning routine to awaken your body and encourage mobility. After a nice warm up, we will build some heat in our bodies and really start to rise and shine! Expect a dynamic spinal warm up, modified sun salutations, endurance and balance postures, and a cool down to help you release and relax your way into final resting pose. Rise and Shine! Wake up and invigorate your body with yoga!
